                                                     Experience Soreta,Patag,Silay

       Soreta, Patag ,Silay is a community-based group consisting of different resorts and tourist attraction owned and managed by different private and local residents. Soreta means Silay Outdoor Recreation Echo Tourism Area which have been used as the venue of different camps or events.
It takes 3-4 hours of travel to Soreta,Patag,Silay if you are from the Municipality of Valladolid.But if you're from Bacolod City,it only takes one  hour of travel. Since Soreta,Patag  is in the most remote place in Silay,the jeepneys are only scheduled to travel within 9 in the morning until 3 in the
afternoon that will cost you P45.00. With 3 kilometers on your way to the Soreta,Patag,Silay you will feel the cold breeze of air that tells you that you are near. Though the road is not concrete thoroughly,you will still be sure that the road is well-paved.

       Soreta, Patag,Silay have different waterfalls named Tinagong Dagat,Pulang Tubig,Sulfatara and the 2 main waterfalls named Dumalabdab and Dam.Dumalabdab is farther than the Dam which is advised to be careful and if possible hire a tour guide for a safe trip.
Soreta,Patag,Silay also have the well-known resort in Patag. The Ladlad resort,that will give you the most accommodation that you need.For a P20.00 entrance fee for each person you will already be able to use the pool. Day cottage is available for only P150.00 while night cottages ranges from P500-P2000. Though bringing outside foods is allowed, there is also a convenient store inside the resort for your needs.But there is no cooked foods available there so better bring your own.In any case,they also offer to cook your food for P200 service fee that does not include the ingredients.They also sell native chicken at most P200 each and they also sell rice.Tourist guide will be available to hire for P250 per falls that is negotiable.

       Soreta,Patag,Silay is one of the most visited tourist attraction here at Negros.So I'm inviting you all to witness or visit those different attraction here at Soreta,Patag, Silay for you to enjoy and relax with those tourist attraction.

Autobiography

 
     

              My name is Sheena Marie Pactao Rodrigo. I am 17 years old.I was born on a sunny day of October 31,1999 in Bacolod City,Negros Occidental,Philippines. I live in Barangay Palaka,Valladolid,Negros Occidental and I go to school at Valladolid National High School as a grade 12 student. My mother is Evelyn Pactao Rodrigo and my father is Miguel Leonidas Rodrigo Jr.. We are four children in the family and I am the youngest child. My older brother is John Michael Pactao Rodrigo,my older sister is Michelle Ann Pactao Rodrigo and my twin sister is Sheila Mae Pactao Rodrigo. I started school when I was six-years old .I went to kindergarten at Bethel Baptist Church and while I was there I won an award for third honors.I attended my elementary at Valladolid Elementary School and there I participated in diifferent activities.I enjoy my junior high at Valladolid Natinal High School and there, I also participated into different activities such as scouting.Yes I am a scout and I am proud of it. I have travelled into different places through scouting and experience living outdoors far from my family. I graduated my junior high school as the tenth honors and won many awards. I am now a senior high school student still at Valladolid NHS. I plan on finishing and maybe going to a good college school someday. 

            

             As what Erika Baker said."Life to me means friends and family who you can trust and who trusts you". My outlook in life is the same with her also. For me, my friends and family are the reason why I am living. Frankly speaking, I know to myself that I can't live without them aside from God. They are the source of my strength. When I am having a bad day I have few friends here at school to talk to. I also make my school days go by thinking either the next hour or what will I do when I get home same as what Baker said.

            

              In the year 2018 I'll be graduated from high school and I probably be still living here at Valladolid. I'm really comfortable living here because my family and friends are still there. I'll maybe continue my study in different school but my heart still come back to my own hometown. I am planning to finish my education and have a good job in the near future. Having a complete,contented and happy family is also my goal. I am living here at Valladolid and I will live here for the rest of my life.
